Pool Reservation

Pool Rules and Waiver:

• 1. Pool Hours 11am to 5pm, Monday Through Friday, Occasional Weekends Gates Locked after 5pm.
• 2. 1 hour of pool time per reservation 5 mins before and 5 mins after to pickup/return the pool key.
• 3. No more than 5 people from my household will be in the pool area.
• 4. No Guests outside of residents in my current household, Pool Users Will Not Allow Unauthorized people to enter the pool area during their reservation time.
• 5. Tenants under the age of 18 and Not Younger than 14, need Parent or Guardian Consent to swim.
• 6. No Food or Alcoholic Beverages of any kind, Bottled Water and Cups with Lids Only.
• 7. No Loud Music or Yelling, respecting the rights to quiet enjoyment to the tenants residing by the pool.
• 8. Wipe Down door handles, handrail to the pool and the ladder, or any other surfaces that have been touched. Tenants will use as directed and do not hold Grossmont Terrace Responsible when using, when used in other ways than directed.
• 9. No chairs, No tables or loungers will be allowed, only personal towels to lay on.
• 10. Temperature check of all people using the pool.
• 11. I will not use the pool if I or anyone from my household have been around someone who became ill from Covid-19, recovered from Covid-19 or recently traveled outside of the Country.
• 12. I (We) do not hold Grossmont Terrace Apartments accountable if I or anyone using the pool were to get sick, we agree to swim at our own risk.
• 13. To return along with the pool key the disinfectant if the pool key is not returned, I agree to pay for the re-key of the pool and if I don’t return the disinfectant spray, I agree to pay to replace the missing bottle.
